Cancellation and Refund Policy

Kosof Trust is committed to providing clarity and transparency regarding our cancellation and refund policy. Please review the following terms carefully before making any transactions on our platform, including both our website (www.kosoftrust.com) and mobile app (Combo KT).
1. General Policy
Refunds are applicable only for product purchases made through the platform.
Advance booking amounts for services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Donations made through the platform are non-refundable and will be treated as final contributions.
2. Conditions for Refund
Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:
Eligible Transactions: Refunds are applicable solely for purchased products and not for services, bookings, or donations.
Time Frame: Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the product’s delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
Product Condition:
The product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Kosof Trust reserves the right to inspect the returned product and reject the refund if it does not meet the eligibility criteria.
3. Non-Refundable Transactions
The following are non-refundable:
Advance payments for services or bookings.
Any amount that has been voluntarily donated through the platform.
Products that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
Refund requests initiated after the 7-day time frame.
4. Cancellation Policy
Product Orders:
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
In case of cancellation before shipment, the paid amount will be refunded in full within 7-10 business days.
Service Bookings:
Service bookings cannot be canceled once confirmed. The advance amount paid will not be refunded.
5. Refund Process
Initiation: Refund requests can be initiated by contacting Kosof Trust’s customer support at care@kosoftrust.com.
Verification: Once the request is submitted, Kosof Trust will verify the claim based on the conditions outlined in this policy.
Approval: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Additional Points
Shipping Costs: Refunds will not include any shipping or handling charges unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
Defective Products: In case of defective products, customers must provide photographic evidence to process the refund or replacement.
Partial Refunds: If a product is partially damaged or missing components, Kosof Trust reserves the right to issue a partial refund.
Order Modifications: Modifications to orders are allowed only before the product is shipped. Any changes post-shipment will not be accommodated.
Exchange Policy: Products can only be exchanged within the same refund eligibility window (7 days) and under the same conditions as outlined.
Platform-Specific Refunds: Refunds initiated via the mobile app will follow the same conditions as those on the website.
Refund Denial: Kosof Trust reserves the right to deny refund requests if the product’s condition does not align with this policy.
Payment Gateway Delays: Kosof Trust is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment gateways during the refund process.
Bulk Orders: Refunds for bulk orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may require additional verification steps.
Fraudulent Claims: Kosof Trust has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent refund claims. Customers found engaging in such activities will be blacklisted from the platform.
